The KDS 90 system is an innovative, exclusive system developed by Kopen to manufacture high-performance aluminum entrance doors with excellent thermal and security performance.
- Made from extruded aluminum profiles in UNI 6060 alloy
- Thermal break in the door leaf and frame with glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide bars (PA6)
- 1.5 mm aluminum cladding sheets, with a choice of design, available as solid panels or with triple glazing
- Three-seal system with preformed corners to ensure continuous sealing around the entire perimeter
- Aluminum threshold with a thermal break, 24 mm high
- Cylindrical galvanized-steel hinges with cover caps and three-axis adjustment
- Optional snap-on trim for both interior and exterior, extension jambs for exterior insulation and brackets for face fixing
- Dimensions are considered standard up to 1,100 x 2,250 mm (dimensions refer to a single-leaf door, measured at the outside of the frame)
